Vitality Fitness has three ways to join for your convenience. You can pay per session, buy a package of 5 sessions, or a package of 10 sessions.
You are in control of your training program. Set the rules for how often or little you wish to train with Nola. Your program will be tailored to wherever you wish to train.
Nola is a certified BCRPA personal trainer, former OrangeTheory Fitness Coach, and Healthy Heart Instructor who specializes in working with the older adult community.
Nola has taught a number of classes from HIIT, core conditioning, boot camps, aqua fit, spin, to chair exercises. Fitness is a big part of her life and she loves to share her passion with anyone interested.
Vitality Fitness is located in the heart of Willoughby, a community in Langley, BC.
The gym is located in Nola’s garage and features state-of-the-art equipment. Everything you need for your personal fitness journey can be found here.
